S.B. 1224 - California Smog Exemption for pre-1981 vehicles

I thought we already had a thread for S.B. 1224, but I couldn't find it.

I was actually surprised that it didn't pass in March. I want to help drum up some additional support when it comes up for reconsideration. I haven't found any information as to when another vote will take place. I believe the information I'm posting here is factual and validated.

I just emailed 6 senators asking for their support. I asked senators Kehoe/Rubio to at least form an opinion and cast a vote.
